How big of a vehicle can you wash?
We can wash vehicles that are up to 10 feet tall and 26 feet long at the Washed Whale!
How do membership plans work?
You can join our membership program by pulling up to the pay point kiosk and select “buy a membership”. The system will ask some basic information (name and phone number) and our vehicle recognition software will associate your membership with your vehicle’s license plate number. From that point on, you will be recognized every time you approach the pay point kiosk and the gate will open when the wash is ready! It’s that easy to join at the Washed Whale. Alternatively, you can also go to our website and join our membership program.
How do I cancel my membership?
We wanted to make it easy for everyone to join the Washed Whale Unlimited Program but we also recognize individual circumstances can change over time. Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can do it online by visiting us at WashedWhale.com and choosing the membership tab. From there you can manage your membership yourself (upgrade, downgrade or cancel). Alternatively, you can request someone from our team cancel your membership by emailing us at: whale@washedwhale.com. Just provide us with your vehicle license plate number and name and we will make it happen!
What should I do if I had a problem with my wash?
Please contact us immediately if you had any issue while using the Washed Whale facility. We can be reached at (346) 831-5002 and also by email at whale@washedwhale.com. It is our goal to provide an excellent wash experience so please let us know if we did not meet expectations.
What methods of payment can I use to pay for my wash or membership?
Our site is cashless. We can accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Credit and debit cards can be swiped, tapped or inserted If you purchased a wash or a membership on our website, those will be active through our pay point kiosks as well.
What can be washed in our facility?
At Washed Whale, we are capable of washing nearly all types of vehicles. We do have some constraints, however. We can wash vehicles up to 10 feet in height and 26 feet in length. This can be anything from a sports car to an ambulance, from a Plumbing Van (with ladders) to a dually extended cab pickup. Extended or tow mirrors may need to be folded in prior to washing on some vehicles. We are designed for Texas and designed for you.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We know our customers work hard and don’t always have time during traditional hours. Washed Whale was built to accommodate those customers and vehicles that need 24/7 flexibility!
Do you provide detailing or interior service?
We do not detail or provide any interior cleaning services for our customers. We do have vacuums available to our customers on site 24/7.
Should I remain in my vehicle during the wash?
Absolutely! You need to remain in the vehicle for the entire wash process. Place the vehicle in park once the sign advises you to “stop”. In 2-3 minutes, you will be clean and asked to proceed to the drying system near the exit of the wash bay. Once complete, you can marvel at how great your vehicle looks after a run through the Washed Whale!
